Keep in mind, too, the Plainfield Public Library exhibit: Building Faith in Plainfield: Exploring the City’s History Through its Houses of Worship, presented by the Local History Department, running through June.
To round out the day, the Plainfield Symphony will present “An Evening with Verdi” with Guest Conductor Michael Avagliano. The performance begins at 7:00 PM. Tickets can be purchased HERE.
The performance will feature highlights from several of Verdi’s most popular romantic operas: Nabucco, La Traviata, II Trovatore, Aida and Don Carlo.

There will be a Fish Fry, hosted by the Plainfield Vulcan Pioneers – our firefighters – at Club Cosmo, located at 1209 S. 2nd Street in Plainfield, 12:00 – 8:00 PM.
