We have been asked what the plans are for Halloween. Here’s a note from Police Director Riley’s office, and we’ve been informed that it will appear on the city’s website, too!
City Residents are asked to observe a voluntary juvenile curfew of 8:30 pm on both October 30th and 31st. Additionally, parents and guardians are advised to accompany their children during any “Trick or Treating” ventures. It is strongly recommended that those activities cease by 8:30 pm on Halloween Night.
